1. Downloaded sheets are non-refundable
Every Little Linework product is a digital file. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, all sales are final once any file in an order has been downloaded, and no refund will be given for change of mind.
2. Orders that have not been downloaded
If no file in your order has been downloaded, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to hello@childrenscolouringsheets.com with your order number. Download activity is recorded on every order and will be verified.
3. Defective files
Should a file prove corrupted, incomplete or materially different from its description, we will supply a corrected file promptly. A refund will be issued only where we are unable to provide a working file.
4. Duplicate payments
Where the same order has been charged more than once in error, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.
5. Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayPal or Razorpay. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Disputes
We ask that you contact us before raising a payment dispute or chargeback; most concerns can be resolved within a day.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you hold under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
