These Licence & Terms govern every purchase from Little Linework, the studio operating childrenscolouringsheets.com (“the Studio”, “we”). Please read them before completing an order; placing an order constitutes acceptance.
1. The products
1.1 Little Linework sells printable colouring sheets as digital files in PDF format, supplied in A4 and US Letter.
1.2 No physical goods are supplied or shipped. Files are delivered by download link immediately after payment is confirmed, and by email.
2. Your licence
2.1 On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print unlimited copies of the purchased sheets for:
- (a) personal use within your household; or
- (b) use with one classroom, home-education group or club that you personally teach or lead.
2.2 You may not share, distribute, upload, sell, sublicense or otherwise make the files — or printed copies — available to any third party, nor incorporate the designs into products for sale.
2.3 Schools and organisations wishing to use a sheet across several classrooms should request a site licence by writing to hello@childrenscolouringsheets.com.
2.4 All designs, illustrations and written content remain the intellectual property of the Studio.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices are displayed and charged in the currency of the regional store selected (INR, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD or SGD). Any conversion fees applied by your bank are your responsibility.
3.2 Payment is processed by PayPal or Razorpay. The Studio does not receive or store full payment card details.
3.3 We may correct obvious pricing errors. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before fulfilling it.
4. Right of withdrawal (UK and EEA consumers)
4.1 By requesting immediate access at checkout, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once download begins.
5. Refunds
5.1 As digital content, sheets are non-refundable once downloaded. Full conditions are set out in our Refunds policy.
6. Liability
6.1 We take care to ensure every file is complete and prints correctly. Where a file is defective, our obligation is to supply a corrected file or, if that is not possible, to refund the price paid for it.
6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio’s aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes
7.1 We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
8. Governing law
8.1 This agreement is subject to Indian law. The courts of India shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
