This notice describes how Little Linework (“the Studio”), operating childrenscolouringsheets.com, processes personal data. The Studio is the data controller. Contact: hello@childrenscolouringsheets.com.

2. Purposes and lawful bases

2.2 Legal obligation: retaining financial and tax records.
2.3 Legitimate interests: securing the website, preventing fraud, and offering prices in your local currency.
2.4 Consent: advertising measurement and analytics cookies where consent is required.
3. Children
Our sheets are designed for children; our store is intended for parents, carers and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
4. Recipients
We share data only with processors acting on our behalf: Hostinger (hosting), PayPal and Razorpay (payments), and — subject to consent — Meta Platforms and Google (advertising and analytics). The Studio does not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Processors may handle data in India, the European Economic Area, the United States and elsewhere, protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
6. Retention
Transaction records: as long as required by tax law (up to 8 years). Accounts: until deletion is requested. Correspondence: up to 24 months.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including the UK and EU GDPR, the DPDP Act 2023 (India) and US state privacy statutes — you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests are answered within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
